Pastor Seth’s Bio
Seth serves as Frontline Church of the Nazarene’s Youth & Young Adult Pastor and Assistant Church Planter.
Born in Fort Lauderdale and raised in Miami, Seth describes his life as a story of redemption and a testimony to God’s power and faithfulness. He gave his life to Christ at thirteen at a Christian Apostolic Pentecostal church, where he began developing an understanding of biblical truth and the character of Christ. During difficult seasons, Seth encountered the love of Jesus through Christians who surrounded, mentored, and cared for him.
Seth’s family eventually moved from Miami to Blue Springs, Missouri, which brought more than a little culture shock. Even thousands of miles from home, God continued pursuing him through Fellowship of Christian Athletes groups, discipleship, pastors, and mentors. As Seth moved between schools and communities, God developed within him a passion for ministry and helping others know Christ.
During 2018–2019, Seth helped start an FCA Huddle at his high school with five students. It eventually grew to more than fifty students. Before graduating, he prepared another student to continue leading it.
After playing two years of high-school football, Seth enrolled at MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2019. That same year, he joined the United States Marine Corps Reserve as an Ammunition Technician.
While completing his initial Marine Corps training during 2020, Seth started a Bible study for other Marines at his military occupational specialty school. He jokes that it was productive until only three people remained: “A Pentecostal, a Catholic, and me. We didn’t agree on much.”
After training, Seth returned to MNU and began his first season of college football. He initially studied computer science and describes this period as a season of deconstruction. After sustaining a concussion and being injured for two months, he stepped away from football, walked away from God for about a year, and questioned whether he was still capable of serving in ministry.
God changed the direction of Seth’s life during what seemed like a random church service. A pastor called out his ministry calling and spoke words of knowledge that confirmed what God had already been doing within him.
Seth accepted God’s call to ministry in late 2021. He changed his major to ministry and began intentionally pursuing accountability, renewal, sanctification, and healing through Christ, prayer, therapy, deliverance ministry, and the practice of confession and prayer described in James 5:16–17.

Seth graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in General Ministry. He continued serving in the Marine Corps Reserve while completing college and sustained injuries during his military service. Those experiences strengthened his compassion for people walking through painful and uncertain seasons.
Today, Seth helps lead Frontline’s youth and young adult ministry, discipleship, outreach, and church-planting work. Students in Glenwood and Malvern may also recognize him as “Mr. W” from substitute teaching.
Outside ministry, Seth enjoys cooking, board games, theology, creative projects, meeting new people, and spending time with his wife, Tina, and their daughter. Seth and his family would love to meet you.
