Pastor Dan’s Bio

Dan, Beth, and his kids are somewhat recent members of Glenwood and Iowa having moved here from Colorado Springs in 2003.  Dan retired from the military after  tours in Texas, California, Massachusetts, Wurzburg Germany, Berlin Germany, and Hawaii.  He was also a federal civilian and consultant specializing in space, intelligence, and science/technology prior to being led to begin Frontline Church.  Dan served as Youth Pastor in Fitchburg, Massachusetts from 1988-1992 and Wahiawa, Hawaii from 1993-1998 and still maintains a huge heart for youth.  He also started a multicultural church in Berlin in 1985 where Dan and Beth met.

They married in 1988 and have been blessed with four wonderful kids—Sarah, Faith, Danielle, and Joshua.  Beth is originally from Arizona and has a degree in Elementary Education.  Dan grew up in Illinois and Ohio before joining the Army.  He has a degree in Biblical Studies from Nazarene Bible College in Colorado.  We enjoy travel, sports, people, family, movies, tons of kids’ activities, outdoors, and fun (check out the zorbing video on facebook) in constantly varying order!
